About The Role

• Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.
• Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.
• Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis.
• Perform basic analysis on the financial statement

How Will You Do It

• Finalize the results & statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with Deloitte)
• Prepare for Board meeting, ACM, AGM, Analyst Meet
• Handle Risk management (Analysis and meeting presentation)
• Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with Hub) 
• Support Group Reporting and audit
• Provide support in terms of Non trade portal 
• Prepare Financial statement review
• Complete Financial reporting compliance cycle for local controls
• Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly basis for BIL Board reporting
• Handle financial reporting for BASF group companies including GL Monitoring, Audit (including liaison with Deloitte), MIS and Group Reporting support to HUB

What We Look For
 

• Education: Chartered Accountant
• Working Experience: 10 years+ (experience with MNC & /or Big 4 audit firms is a must)
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:  Up-to-date and Expert know-how of Indian and IFRS accounting standards and local regulations (e.g, Companies Act, Listing Agreement etc.)
