Senior Process Engineer(007338)
• According to the supervisor’s direction and plant production guidance, generating state of the art and novel design input for projects and processing improvements
• Provide creative solutions where current standard practice does not deliver required results
• Technology support during new projects
Main Tasks:
1. Process management 工艺管理
• Design input covering chemistry and chemical engineering to ensure the timely production and quality of the finished and intermediate products and to eliminate deficiencies to ensure the products meet plant standards. 化学和化工设计输入，以确保最终产品和中间产品的及时生产和质量控制，并消除缺陷以确保产品符合工厂标准。
• Technical process optimization and monitor and analyze parameters. 技术过程优化，监视和分析工艺指标。
• Analyze complex process problems, identify where to involve additional specialists. 分析复杂工艺问题，判断是否请专家介入。
• Responsibility for Process safety, SHE reviews and follow up actions implementation. 负责工艺安全，SHE审核和跟进项的落实。
2. Technology management 技术管理
• Provide feasibility calculations by utilizing scientific tools, literature and highly efficient expert team networking. 利用科学工具，文献和高效专家网进行可行性计算。
• Consult, guide and coach project improvement teams during planning, execution or trial phase. 在计划，执行或实验阶段，向项目团队提供咨询，知道和培训。
• Definition, monitoring and controlling of KPIs for technical processes. 定义，监视和控制技术过程KPI。

3. New Project Support 新项目支持
• During new project launch, support technology manager on operation aspects, including raw material questions, training, manufacturing manual, quality control and technology related safety aspects etc. 在新项目启动期间，在操作方面支持技术经理，包括原材料，培训，操作手册，质量控制和技术安全相关方面。
• Provide OpEx plan and monitor the implementation of approved OpEx plan. 提供OpEx方案，.监督批准OpEx的实施。

• Assist the supervisors to launch new products of production smoothly and successfully. 支持生产主管顺利，成功引入新产品。
5. Production documentation 生产文件
• Provide updated records/data to relevant supervisors. 向相关主管提供更新的记录/数据。
• Update all production procedures and ISO documents. Setup of process performance recordings by advanced DCS and on-line tools. 更新所有生产程序和 ISO 文件。通过先进的 DCS 和在线工具设置过程性能记录
6. Personnel training 个人培训
• Provide special training for MOCs including basic function of new chemistry and equipment, its start-up and related fine tuning, etc. 提供MOC相关培训，包括新化学品和设备基本功能、开车及相关调试等。
1. Education Background: At least bachelor’s in chemical engineering, chemical process. Fine Chemical is preferred
2. Working Experience: More than 5 years’ experience in Chemical plant production, at least 2 years’ experience in management of chemical processes.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
• Analytical skills
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office tools
• Familiar with ISO9001, SHE reviews, RCMS
