2. 配合维修及第三方人员进行现场作业的监护；
3. 配合领班对现场发现的异常进行处理；
4. 积极参加各类公司EHS活动包括培训，演习和各项改进工作。
5. 对自己工作场所的环境因素，潜在危险源，工作风险，逃生路线和紧急情况应对措施有清楚的认知和了解。
6. 根据EHS程序，积极向主管和EHS部门上报所发现的各EHS事故，潜在危险源，潜在风险和未遂事故。
7. 保证所有工作活动符合相关标准操作程序，工作指导，个人防护用品要求和各项EHS制度。
8. 根据国家法律政策，在EHS部门指导下，对于需持证上岗的工作操作，保证在先获得工作许可证的情况下，再持证上岗。
9. 根据操作规程，操作卡和领班的要求，按时准确有效地完成生产现场日常操作包含：投料、振动、接管、过滤器拆清、阀门切换、取样等生产操作，并有效完成岗位交接班。
10.对工作内容及时进行记录、分析和比较，汇总经验并及时分享。
11.配合领班对现场发现的异常进行处理。
12.按要求做好现场5S工作，熟知5S责任区的设备、管线、仪表、应急设施。
1. 学历: 化学，化工相关专业（必须），高中及以上学历（大专优先）。
2. 工作经验: 3-5年以上化工厂从事危险化学品的工作经验。
3. 专业技术: 持有聚合工艺作业证者优先
