What you can expect
Provide critical equipment condition monitoring services for continually improving maintenance efficiency and plant reliability in terms of latest know-how and technologies in the BASF BIG site.
Main tasks
EHS Management
1. Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution.
2. Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, EHS guideline, local and international rules and regulations to BASF team staff and contractors.
Technical Management
1. Build up the professional and delegated team to approach the high efficiency Condition monitoring management
2. Leading the development of Condition monitoring guidelines, procedures, and methodologies in BIG site
3. Coordinate with clusters to develop site condition monitoring strategies and prepare asset health assessment and dashboard
4. Provide critical equipment (Class A and Class B) condition monitoring with expertise data analysis, work out the recommendation and solution proposal
5. Coordinate with clusters to develop the strategy of Fleet management and routing portable data collection, support to cluster to manage portable data analysis.
6. Like bridge between Global team and end users to drive the critical equipment condition monitoring program in AP and GC sites
7. Provide predictive maintenance service in BIG with global support as well as promote the methodology to extend to AP and GC sites
8. More Machine Condition monitoring support services as requested the Company
Condition monitoring system developing of CAPEX
1. Provide technical support to Capex Project team mainly on critical equipment CMS and MPS to develop the risk mitigation plan for design optimization and identify the equipment strategy via risk analysis.
2. Provide technical support to Capex project regarding to implementation of CMS & MPS basis build up in commissioning and start up.
What we expect
1. Bachelor’s degree above in technical, engineering or chemical related.
2. At least 10 years work experience in plant maintenance & reliability of chemical or petrochemical and at least 5 years work experience in equipment condition monitoring management.
3. Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques, tools, and work processes.
4. Familiar with the system of vibration, condition monitoring, machine protection in typical chemical plant.
5. Strong overall mechanical knowledge with advanced knowledge in one specific area at least.
6. Strong technical skill in root cause failure analysis and trouble-shooting by vibration data analysis.
7. Strong behavioral skills in Achievement Drive and Impact & Influence.
8. Good communication skills and Customer Focus.
9. Good English in spoken and written.
