Senior Engineer, Plot Plan 总图 (006133)
Main Tasks:
- Assist the Project/Engineering Manager with any concerns related to General Plot Plan engineering or construction. 支持项目经理/设计经理处理关于总图专业的设计及施工问题。
- Coordinate, monitor & control all key General Plot Plan activities towards contractor or engineering partner's work in individual Projects. 在项目执行过程中，协调、监督和控制承包商或工程合作伙伴在总图专业的所有主要活动。
- Monitor resources, timeline, performance, and costs in regard to General Plot Plan discipline at projects. 监督项目执行过程中与总图专业相关的人力资源、进度、表现和费用。
- Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation. 提供费用估算，监督或提供基础设计文件和技术投标评估。
- Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally. 在相关领域建立本地专业技术和市场联系，并与亚太区和全球的其他团队或项目分享。
- Make sure the local Regulation or special requirement regarding to General Plot Plan discipline are met in projects; Support the local authority permitting work as necessary by consulting the government authorities and providing related documentation. 确保项目遵守与总图专业相关的当地法规或特殊要求；必要时通过咨询政府机构并提供相关文件支持项目许可及取证工作。
- Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。
- Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思维，深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
- Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with major study in General Plot Plan engineering 总图专业（总图运输，城镇规划等）本科毕业
- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选
- At least more than 10 years total working experiences 至少10年工作经历
- At least 9 years’ work experience in General Plot Plan engineering function in petrochemical, chemical or Pharmacy industry 至少9年在医药石油化工行业从事总图设计
- Work experience in international environment is an advantage 有国际公司工作经历者优先
- Holding engineer or senior engineer certificate is mandatory 必须持有中级或高级总图工程师证书
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟练掌握中英文
- Good knowledge in national and international General Plot Plan discipline codes/standards精通总图专业相关国内及国际标准规范
- Familiar with construction work of General Plot Plan 熟悉总图施工
