Senior Engineer, Instrument and Controlling Supervision(006031)
Main Tasks:
- Properly document and manage Request for Information (RFI)'s and all construction activities. Organize and support the preparation work of as-built documentations and provide comments if any. 妥善记录和管理工程咨询单（RFI）及所有施工活动。组织和支持竣工文件的准备工作，并在必要时提供意见。
- Responsible for cost/benefit optimization, innovation, and rationalization within the task responsibilities, as well as supply support on cost estimation during study phase in term of request. 负责成本/效益优化，提出创新和合理化建议，根据需求在可研阶段支持费用估算。
- Create small project cost estimates for Projects and check & review change orders on the site, support PM on construction cost saving. 对小型项目估算成本，并在现场检查和审查变更订单，支持项目经理节约施工成本。
- support and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities, take the leadership of QA/QC management work and site material management work. 对于日常施工活动及时与LDI沟通、提供必要支持，负责QA/QC及现材料管理工作。
- Organize and leading set-up of site temporary facilities. 组织及负责现场临时设施的建立。
- Supporting authority approval works which related to construction and final acceptance approval. 支持与施工、最终验收相关的政府审批工作。
- Detail construction schedule controlling based on project milestone schedule. 根据项目里程碑进度计划准确控制施工进度。
- Prepare project construction specifications and procedures or Review and approval on the relevant specifications and procedures & plans which prepared by LDI or Contractor. 制定项目施工规范和程序，或对LDI或承包商制定的相关规范、程序和计划进行审查和批准。
- Coordinate and communicate with LDI or construction contractors on the site. 与LDI或施工承包商在现场进行协调和沟通。
- Lead the discipline construction team on site. 现场，领导专业施工小组。
- Participate in pre-commissioning work. 参与预试车。
- Cooperation and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities. 在现场,与LDI进行日常施工活动的合作和沟通。
- Organize the preparation work of as-built documentations. 组织竣工文件的编制。
- Support the preparation work of as-built documentations and give comments if any. 支持竣工文件的编制，提供专业指导。
- Offer solid support for the continuous improvement of the process competencies (e.g. specifications, best practices, workflow, etc.). 为工艺专业持续改进提供坚实支持（如规格书，最佳实践，工作流程等）。
- Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 给生产基地工程与维修技术（TSS）及生产团队提供项目实施程序的专业培训。
- Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益，提供技术及合同监督和指导。
- Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during construction phase. 支持项目EHS经理，参与项目施工阶段的日常EHS管理。
- Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思维，深刻理解并执行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
- Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。
Requirements:
- Education教育背景：
- Bachelor's degree with major study in automatic and instrument engineering. 自动化及仪表相关专业。
- Master's degree will be an advantage研究生学历优选
- Working Experience工作经历：
- At least more than 10 years Construction Supervision experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 在石油化工领域至少１０年以上施工管理经历,有石油化工建设企业工作经验者优先。
- Technical & Professional Knowledge技术及资质要求：
- Prefer with registered Level 1 constructor (Mechanical and Electrical Major). 注册一级建造师（机电专业）优先。
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟练掌握中英文者优选
- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通国内相关专业的标准规范
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相关软件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等。
