Senior Engineer, HDRE 大机组高级工程师(006060)
Main tasks
1. 为整个现场的重型旋转设备提供技术服务管理与支持;
2. 为重型旋转设备的可靠运行提供专家保障和咨询，包括预防性维护/预测性维护、根本原因分析、失效模式与影响分析、工作指示、备件管理等;
3. 在项目工程阶段可靠性工程提供可靠性技术支持，实施参考研究，关键重型旋转设备失效模式与影响分析;
4. 与采购和承包商管理团队在旋转设备外部服务和外包管理上进行合作，包括承包商评估、资质审核、技术澄清、招标和验证等;
5. 协调和支持重型旋转设备材料和备件管理，包括库存/非库存、维修和采购政策、物料清单和物料需求计划的设置等，同时负责专用设施和工具的管理;
6. 作为重型旋转设备管理方面的技术专家，与资产管理团队协调现场旋转设备技术管理的方向和战略，确保所有工厂旋转设备和系统的高可靠性和完整性;
7. 建立重型旋转设备技术管理文档系统，参考项目文件和原始设备制造商文件以及现场维护数据库。
8. 通过维护关键绩效指标、审查过程和变更管理，支持状态监测程序和改进任务组及活动，为重型旋转设备建立并提供技术保障，设定重型旋转设备的大修和验收标准;
9. 支持运营、变更实施和项目期间的EHS审查，与利益相关者合作并进行工艺安全审查、工艺安全启动审查等。
Job requirements
1. 教育背景：机械工程专业本科及以上学历;
2. 工作经验：在化工厂拥有15年以上经验，其中至少有10年从事旋转设备领域的工作;
3. 对石化/化工领域以及集中维护及其方法、项目管理有深刻了解;
4. 熟悉基本的调查工具和技术，如以可靠性为中心的维护（RCM）、基于风险的维护（RBM）、故障模式与影响分析（FMEA）等，是加分项;
5. 熟悉重型旋转设备行业的规范，在重型旋转设备管理、故障排除等方面有丰富的经验;
6. 具备良好的沟通和协作能力;
7. 熟练掌握英语，包括口语和书面表达。
