Senior Asset Engineer, Mechanical (005170)
EHS Management
- Implement EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety in daily work execution.
- Cooperate with Technical Site Service, safety departments and maintenance management, lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method.
- Support the EHS review during operation, change implementation and project, collaborate and conduct process safety review, PSSR etc. with stakeholders.
Asset Management
- Participate daily morning meeting to know the production requirements
- Support of Maintenance Management to ensure high asset availability on daily routine
- Support Asset Managers with maintaining and developing the managed assets for future needs
- Work together with the Technical Site Service, Production- and Maintenance Team in MOC-topics and bring in own ideas
- Observing asset condition, support in RBM & FMEA
- Ensure an up-to-date technical cluster documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Mechanical
- 2-5 years in petrochemical industry with background in reliability / maintenance management
- Experienced in Reliability centered Maintenance and related topics
- Familiar with Mechanical equipment and related inspection requirements in chemical plants
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written
