NIS Rough Cut Planner(005742)
- Demand planning: Verify demand. Regularly communicate with commercial, sales and project team for new or potential demand implementation in supply chain.
- Supply network planning: update and monitor SNP system by consolidating information of forecast, sales order, capacity and raw material to achieve an optimized result.
- Master Scheduling: Work with plants to identify potential material shortage, capacity constrain and other supply risk to communicate with business in advance for prompt action. Work out constraint rough cut if necessary.
- Allocation Planning: Weekly review, evaluate and propose production schedule adjustments to improve delivery reliability as well as customer needs. Leading rush order arrangement by coordinating with functional teams –e.g. CSO, production, quality, logistics, etc.
- Inventory management: Review & adjust safety stock to fulfil business requirement. Work with sales team/production to reduce aging/dysfunction stock; Continuously optimize stock to keep inventory in healthy level
- Bonded management: define bonded material according to material from/to/cost situation, setup and manage bonded operation.
- DC management: Manage DCs inventory and stock transfer plan to meet customer requirement with most optimized cost and lead time.
- Sample management: monitor sample stock and release plan order for refilling according to demand.
- Material master data management: Make sure master data for OTC, planning and production are maintained properly and up to date
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics, engineering, business or related field is required
- Working Experience: 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, business management or operations is required. Experience within the chemicals or materials industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, S&OP, master production scheduling, and inventory management required
- A strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP planning system, inventory management
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
