Manager, Verbund Development & Optimization(002517)
• Set-up OpEx Community to foster synergies and the spread of best practices in, support communities and expert networks in and around technology and operations
• Drive the development of Verbund Optimizer Digital tool before/during the operation phase; Define and prioritize use cases to avoid future reshuffling
• Continuously explore integration/optimization potential of internal tools & procedures with stakeholders, to amplify benefits and avoid silos
• Provide methodologies and tools for performance monitoring in operation plants and sites to create transparency and show levers for optimization
• Take safety responsibilities with detailed information in Annex.
• Master degree or above in Chemical Industry, Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 5 years working experience in chemical industry.
• Solid understanding of BASF’s global organization.
• Process Optimization or project experience is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Professional in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
• Good English language skills, especially in written English.
