Intern, Digital Enablement
Main Tasks
• Together with our project managers and solution architects to drive the definition of high-quality processes and requirements for digital solutions through workshops and interviews with key stakeholders and users.
• Ensure the sustainable definition and implementation of the process modeling and master data for the target picture for Smart Verbund.
• Support and partially drive the digital training and learning activities, to enhance the awareness of digitalization, information cyber security and apply that in our business partners’ day-to-day work.
• Support the digital solutions implementation, prepare relevant documents, organize coordination activities that required to make sure it’s smooth execution.
• Drive the digital mindset at BIG through adequate and consistent change and communication management, support digital visualization and other innovation activities.
Job requirements
• Education: University graduate, majoring in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Working Experience: Innovative project at university or other relevant internship experiences
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Business Process Modeling Know-how, Project Management Experience, Service Management, Information Technology and Trends
• Good communication skills
• Good English and Chinese language skills
