岗位设置的目的
BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide. The new smart Verbund site will include a steam cracker with a capacity of 1 million metric tons of ethylene per year and downstream plants for consumer-oriented products. By utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards, the site will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production.

A strong Site Logistics Operations (SLO) is important for the success of BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site. Site logistics connects the production facilities among each other, secures the raw material supply and acts as gateway to our customers. Time, costs and reliability of supply require logistics processes to be organized in a future-oriented way, which includes smart logistics technologies such as automatic warehouses, auto-guided vehicles (AGV), conveyor systems, robots, YARD management systems, and electronic warehousing management systems (eWM) etc.
高效的现场物流运营（SLO）是巴斯夫湛江一体化基地取得成功的重要因素。现场物流是将生产装置相互连接起来，确保原材料的供应，并作为连接客户的通道。供应的时间、成本和可靠性均要求现场物流流程以面向未来的方式组织，这包括了自动化仓库、自动驾驶车辆、自动传输系统、机器人、堆场管理系统、电子仓储系统等智能化现场物流技术。
The Plant Truck & Container Logistics Operation is to provide the comprehensive on-site logistics services regarding external truck management, on-site-transportation, container storage, tank container cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety, reliable, efficient material supply and finish goods transfer, which connects production plants and each site logistics nodes as well as fulfill various container handling requirements for business needs.
车辆与集装箱装置物流团队提供外部车辆管理、场内运输、集装箱仓储、罐箱清洗与维修等现场基地物流服务。通过将生产装置和基地各物流环节相连通，提供业务部门所需的多样化集装箱操作服务，从而来确保安全、可靠、高效的原料供应及成品转移。
The ETM registration officer is responsible for personnel check-in for external logistics truck and gate check in terms of transport document and truck & container certificate, etc. to fulfill the requirements of EHS, TDS, cost and customer.
外部车辆管理车辆管理专员负责外部物流司机的入场登记以及相关物流单证的门检查验，以符合安全、环保、运输分销安全、成本及客户需求。
• 负责承运商/原料供货商进场预约及入场登记工作
• 按照标准程序对物流司机、车辆及罐体进行相关证照查验，确保其符合TDS相关法律法规要求
• 协调生产装置及供应链部门对门检不符合状况进行处理
• 负责散货运输车辆过磅及ERP系统PGR/PGI操作
• 熟悉场地管理系统操作，生成并分析统计KPI数据，创建ETM运营数据报表。
• 作为场地管理系统的关键用户，支持系统主数据的维护以及异常故障的问题解决，对不能独立处理的问题，寻求BEX的协助处理。保证系统正常运转。
• 监控及控制ETM区域内车辆道闸管理设施的运行状态，确保状态稳定
• 在过程中遇到问题的情况下进行故障排除及异常处置，有异常情况及时汇报
• 发现问题和解决问题，支持在成本，服务和效率方面的运营优化改进
• 积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关要求
• 完成上级领导布置的其他工作任务
Graduate from technical school in the area of mechatronic, automation, logistics, chemistry.
专科及以上学历，机械、自动化、物流或化工专业。
• First work experience in logistics operations.
• 愿意从事现场物流操作岗位的应届毕业生。
Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an digital environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠独立：在数字化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，以及技术规范和标准的要求。
Problem solving: The employee requires basic problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.

Communication: Basic communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like forwarders and planners.

Products and transportation safety: Knowledge about the chemical products in scope as pre-requisite for safe handling. Based on that profound knowledge with regards to the EHS/TDS regulations in the field of work. (dangerous goods, labelling, shipping documents, segregation of goods, behavior in case of process safety incidents, load securing, etc.)
