BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide. The new smart Verbund site will include a steam cracker with a capacity of 1 million metric tons of ethylene per year and downstream plants for consumer-oriented products. By utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards, the site will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production.

A strong Site Logistics Operations (SLO) is important for the success of the new Verbund site. Site logistics connects the production facilities among each other, secures the raw material supply and acts as gateway to our customers. Time, costs and reliability of supply require logistics processes to be organized in a future-oriented way. The jetties and tank farm represent the site´s most critical gateway way for raw materials and finished goods. The Port office coordinator ensures the right EHS/TDS concept and the implementation of the tank farm and jetty operations. which includes smart logistics smooth jetty operation by coordinating with related authorities to compliance with regulation, requirements etc.
优秀的现场物流操作对新一体化基地成功运营具有重要作用。现场物流连接各个生产装置，确保生产原料供应和成品输送。时间、成本以及可靠性要求物流流程工艺要以面向未来的方向组织发展。罐区和码头是基地原料和成品的关键。港口政府协调员要确保码头运行稳定，通过协调各政府相关部门满足政府或行业的相关规定，要求，确保码头合规运行等。
• Plant Construction
• Collect/transfer operation requirements related with Port authorities to Engineering team, to make sure fulfill leg requirements for normal operation.
收集与港口政府相关的运营技术要求给项目组，确保码头运行符合相关法律法规的有关规定。
• Participate TAR concept, Commissioning plan and Maintenance concept study of Tank Farm & Jetty, considering all the impacting with the authorities requirements, provide the solution during project phase.
参与罐区码头大修、试车以及维修计划理念研究, 在项目阶段充分考虑政府要求和码头运行的影响关系并提出解决办法。
• Compile SOPs and check list etc. to facilitate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up safety together with team
参与编写标准操作手册，检查清单，流程等，确保预试车, 试车，开车等安全等符合码头运行规则。
• Plant Operation
• Analyze & statistic production data and prepare relevant report request by Port authorities
统计分析日常生产数据，准备与港口政府相关报告
• Participate the incident investigation and improvement solution related with jetty operation
参加与码头运行相关事故调查分析，并提出整改措施
• Participate jetty safety tasks. Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Quality, Safety, Health and Environment
参与码头相关安全生产任务。积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关协议
• Organize training activities of Port authorities regulation and requirement to operation team
组织操作员队伍政府相关法律法规和要求的培训
• Corporation & coordination
• Responsible for collecting and execution all related Port authorities regulation and requirements for Jetty operation during project, operation.
负责贯彻执行国家、省、市有关口岸工作的法律、法规和政策。代表业主负责液体散货码头口岸开放查验设施设计、审查和施工监管。
• Coordinator with related Port government communication and license application，including operator certificate.
协调政府相关部门，完成港口许可证件申请和人员取证
• Coordinate with the internal support for authority inspection building, Sea Man passage building operational during dally operation， etc.
在内部的支持下协调政府联检楼和海员通道楼的日常运行。
• Cooperation and coordination to improve Port authority’s requirement to increase jetty operation efficiency and cost saving.
协调合作政府相关部门，完善政府港口要求，改进码头效率和运行成本。
• Coordination and alignment with Port Authorities to support Jetty smooth operation.
协调政府港口相关部门，支持码头安全稳定运行
• Coordinating and negotiating with Port Authorities when dispute happened during Jetty operation.
协调处理各查验单位之间以及口岸工作中的争议事宜，对接查验单位提出的要求进行甄别和谈判协商.
• Coordinating with Port Authorities for the correction of points raised from Authorities.
负责落实口岸查验单位对码头外轮作业过程监管过程提出的问题整改。
• Coordinating with Port Authorities for the innovation, digitization and development.
协助公司相关部门开展口岸科技和信息化工作、电子口岸和“单一窗口”建设和运行管理。
• Coordinating and cooperating with Port Authorities for daily international vessel operation, include MSA, Customs, Immigration, Ocean management, Fishing management etc.
• 负责码头外轮靠离泊作业过程与各验单位的协调。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务
• Degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
• long term work experience (3+years) in operations and/or projects/or negotiation
• Strategic thinker, Strong analytical skills, high communication skills, strong leadership, intercultural, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Profound knowledge in logistics technologies, optimization methods and operation processes
