Main Tasks:
- For Production & Filling/Loading Fine Planning:
o Coordinate across organizational borders among site, service platform and RBU to ensure correct and timely planning information (e.g. turnaround, real capacity, storage capacity, logistics costs, etc.) are available
o supporting Regional Rough Cut Plan to output local fine production plan and delivery plan
o Aged Inventory Resolution
o Ensure OMP set-up to generate planned orders and convert planned orders in SAP
o Monitor orders, stock status, and exception messages in SAP to ensure timely filling/loading to support demand.
o Develop detailed production & filling/loading schedule (what-when-how much) considering production capacity and other operational constraints
o Ensure relevant planning master data i.e. bill of materials (BOM), routings and work center data, Batch Management, materials master are accurate
o Adjust schedules in case of exceptional events to maximize adherence to sales & distribution plan, inventory and supply plan while minimizing costs
o Monitor and report monthly output/status against aligned plan showing causes of deviation if any
o Collaborate closely with the internal and external stakeholders e.g., master/demand planner, production, site logistics, procurement.
o Responsible for the daily operation planning with a time horizon of up to one month by converting the master production plan from OMP towards SAP production scheduling.
- For Raw Materials Requirement Planning:
o Conduct planning in OMP to propose optimal raw material plan
o Issue PRs based on approved plan
o Review exceptions / action notices and take corrective measures e.g. vessel delay, port congestion, detention
o Maintain SAP master data required to support planning process
o File NCM on Raw materials whenever necessary
o Conduct bulk delivery plan and coordinate the goods receipt with production team
o Provide report on raw material inventory, demurrage/detention and propose solutions promptly to avoid detention
- Others:
o Arrange daily balancing of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods and make sure system inventory matches physical one
o Prepare month-end material balancing and get approval from controlling for the final numbers
o Support Purchasing-Tolling-Swap (PTS) activities as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, engineering or familiar areas
- At least 3 years’ experience as a production planning field, production or customer service
- Profound experience in supply chain processes as well as planning
- Chemical industry working background preferred
- Practical knowledge and pro-found experience in SAP.
- Experience in the planning tool OMP is preferred.
- Good communication with internal and external customers
- Experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese.
- Team spirit and high willingness to collaborate across different functions.
