1. Fully understands and predominates operation procedure, EHS regulations and quality control procedure with respect to defined operation jobs of unit in process. (Refer to attachment for more detail)
完全理解和掌握与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
2. Ensures the smooth and safe running of committed unit in production line with strict follow-up of operation procedure production instructions and EHS regulations.
严格遵照操作规程、生产指令和环境、健康和安全规程，确保生产线指定单元的平稳和安全运行。
3．Ensures making precise and timely records in logbook and in production control system for defined operating actions, maintenance activities, turbulence and failures in process, quality reports and parameters of process.
确保将规定的操作动作、维修动作、工艺波动、故障、质量报告和工艺参数准确和及时地记录在交接班日志以及生产控制系统上。
4.Keeps good housekeeping in each production unit and handle with all waste material in accordance with EHS regulations strictly. Participate in continuous improvement.
维持每一个生产单元的清洁和卫生，严格遵照环境、健康和安全规程处理废弃物。参与持续改进。
5.Commits the defined sampling in process and analyzing jobs in lab according to QM/QC procedure in cooperation with lab technician and lab engineer.
根据质量管理和质量控制规程，执行规定的工艺取样和实验室分析工作，并与实验室技术员和工程师进行合作。
6. Support Sr. Shift Leader and Shift Leader to make clear and comprehensive handover to next shift team regarding defined units for production status, loading and unloading, quality, troubleshooting and EHS issues.
协助倒班主管和领班，就有关生产状况、装卸料、质量、故障处理及环境、健康和安全等事务给接班班组作全面和清楚的交接。
7. Act as operation mentor to support Sr. Shift Leader and Shift Leader to guide skills for team members.

Technical school degree or above of chemical engineering/Mechanical/Electrical/Polymer material.
技术职业学校大专或以上毕业，专业为化工工程,机械或电气，高分子材料等
High school or equal with over 5 years related working experience is acceptable.
可放宽至5年以上相关工作经验的高中或同等学历人员。
minimum 5 years related working experiences in chemical industry in an operations/production environment.
5年以上化工行业的相关工作经验
Be familiar with shift working 熟悉翻班工作 （并且有意愿从事翻班工作）
Willing to achieve production targets with professional skills 通过专业能力，努力达成生产目标
Basic knowledge in SOP, 5S and safety/quality control 标准化操作，5S和安全质量控制的基本知识
Strong sense of responsibility责任心强
