高级操作员（合成气）
Main Tasks:
- 根据工艺规范，操作手册及工作进度表，在班长的指导，说明和监督下，安全地，精确地和有效地操作机器设备。按照装置操作手册、装置EHS手册和班长的指挥和指示，与DCS操作员紧密配合安全准确和有效地操作设备、阀门和电气仪表设施。
- 监控设备运行，查看设备的控制屏和报警信息，现场巡检根据设备运行的噪声判断异常情况，确定问题。按照装置操作手册、装置EHS手册和班长的指挥，利用检查表进行巡检、检查和特定的机器、阀门、电气仪表设备的维护任务。记录异常情况并报告班长。
- 警示提醒相关人员（班长和班组成员）在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生。
- 协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行。按照班长的安排和调配、监护、控制和调节DCS的工艺参数、趋势和报警。
- 根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求。
- 根据EHS标准及班长的指令, 监督和纠正内部和外部人员在操作现场的行为以确保装置的安全状态，行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责。
- 认真执行质保方针和质保程序,及时发现产品质量的变化,确保产品质量符合要求。懂得装置安全规定和QC与QA标准，在操作中严格遵守规定以保证装置安全和质量
- 确保装置工艺生产，巡检，维修的记录准确地移交给下一班。
岗位要求：
- 职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
- 扎实的相关装置操作经验；
- 基本英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。
