高效的现场物流运营（SLO）是巴斯夫湛江一体化基地取得成功的重要因素。现场物流是将生产装置相互连接起来，确保原材料的供应，并作为连接客户的通道。供应的时间、成本和可靠性均要求现场物流流程以面向未来的方式组织，这包括了自动化仓库、自动驾驶车辆、自动传输系统、机器人、堆场管理系统、电子仓储系统等智能化现场物流技术。
Order Management, as an important operational task, ensures the transportation of finished goods to the customers. The close connection between order management and on-site logistics operations is an important guarantee for the smooth execution of customer orders. The order officer is responsible for planning and controlling the overall capacity of the warehouse, receiving/processing/distributing related ordering/requests to ensure the efficient execution of work tasks such as the delivery of finished products, the inbound of raw materials, the short-haul transportation of raw materials and finished products between warehouse and plant, and return processing etc.
订单管理作为一项重要的操作任务，是成品运输到客户手中的重要保障。订单管理与现场物流操作的紧密衔接，是客户订单顺利执行的重要保障。仓库文员负责对仓库整体资源的规划和控制，工作指令的接收、处理及传达，以确保成品出库、原材料入库、仓库与工厂间原材料及成品的短驳、退货处理等工作任务的高效执行。
• Raw material goods receipt management: Keep effective communication with suppliers and provide inbound delivery to them according to their incoming plans. Checking the documents together with the goods when do goods receipt, complete the system receiving and printing labels according to the actual number of signed. Collect statistics on delivery quality (including goods and services) of suppliers and give feedback to relevant business personnel.
原材料收货管理：和供应商保持有效沟通，按其来料计划提供内向交货单。在收货时检查随货单据，并按实际签收数量完成系统收货、打印标签等作业。对供应商的交付质量（包括货物和服务）汇总统计，并反馈给相关业务人员。
• Order delivery management: Check and organize the order schedule in system. The order needs to complete the preparation one day before ETD, complete the removal and loading on time and on quality at the ETD. Maximize customer satisfaction. Evaluate the service quality of the carrier and give feedback.
订单发货管理：检查、整理系统订单计划。在发货前一日完成订单的备货；在装运日按时按质地完成订单货物的下架和装运。实现客户满意度的最大化。评估统计承运商的服务质量并做出反馈.
• Production supply management: Need to keep good and effective communication with the production to ensure the daily normal and timely supply of raw materials and other materials.
生产供料管理：需保持和生产装置良好有效的沟通，保证日常对其原材料和其它物料的正常和及时供应。
• Manage the special materials that need to enter and exit the warehouse systematically or offline, need to ensure the accuracy of their accounts.
对需要进出仓库的特殊物料进行系统或者线下管理，并保证其账目的准确性。
• Daily planning and control of overall warehouse resources (e.g., warehousing resource and personnel deployment); Material supply and scrap disposal; Return and exchange business processing, etc.
日常执行对仓库整体资源的规划和控制（例如仓储资源和人员调配）；物料供应和报废处理；退换货业务处理等。
• Daily routine checking EWM inventory, check system inventory and SAP inventory for differences, to find out the reasons for differences and follow up to solve, to ensure the accuracy of warehouse accounts.
• 每日例行检查EWM的库存，校对系统库存和SAP库存是否存在差异，对差异需找出原因并跟进解决，保证仓库账目的准确性。
• Maintain master data of new materials entering warehouse according to new material entry process requirements.
按新物料入库流程要求，对新进入仓库的物料维护主数据。
• Cooperate with production, finance, and other departments to do inventory count in warehouse.
配合生产、财务等部门的要求进行仓库物料盘点
• Document management: Classify and manage the documents generated by all warehouse receipt and delivery, inventory, and other services, including electronic and hardcopy.
文档管理：对所有仓库收发货、盘点等业务产生的文档进行分类管理，包括电子版和纸质版
• Support the resolution of various system anomalies, report system problems, and seek the assistance of BEX/Supervisor for the problems that cannot be handled independently. Keep the system in good working.
支持各类系统异常的解决，并上报系统问题，对不能独立处理的问题，寻求BEX/Supervisor的协助处理。保证系统正常运转。
• Generate, proofread, and analyze KPI data and monthly data reports. Warn of foreseeable forecast deviations and suggest proactive corrective actions.
生成并校对、分析统计KPI数据及每月收发货数据报表。对可预见的预测偏差发出警告，并提出积极的纠正措施建议。
• Keep good communication with upstream and downstream, according to the business situation, feedback and suggest optimizing the order operation process to meet the needs of customers and business.
和上下游保持良好的沟通，根据业务情况，反馈并建议优化订单操作流程，以满足客户和业务的需求。
• Complete all kinds of training required for this position.
完成本岗位需要的各类培训。
• Ensure all the related service, process and documentation is following BASF, government & country-specific legal laws and regulations.
确保所有单证相关的服务、流程和文件均符合BSAF、政府及国家的相关法律法规要求。
• Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment.
积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关协议。
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in supply chain management, logistics management, international trade, business administration etc.
本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业。
• Minimum 2 years experiences in order management operation related. Work experiences in chemical industry is preferred.
具备2年及以上的订单管理操作经验。有化工行业工作经验者，优先考虑。
• Reliable and independent: Assurance of quality and safety in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠独立：在自动化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，以及技术规范和标准的要求。
• Problem solving: The employee requires professional problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
问题解决：具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动。
• Communication: Efficiently communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like production planner, customers, suppliers, LSP and relevant employees.
沟通交流：具备与内、外部接口（如生产计划员、客户、供应商、承运商及相关员工等）有效沟通的能力。
• Technologies in the field of work: Possess basic learning ability, good learning willingness, and strong execution ability.
专业技术：具备基本的学习能力和较好的学习意愿，及较强的执行力。
• IT software: Proficiency in MS office.
IT软件：熟练使用办公软件。
• English reading and writing abilities are required. Fluent oral English is preferred.
