• 确保工作符合公司的设备管理制度和EHS的各项规定
• 执行本装置的设备维护、检修管理等相关作业指导书
• 根据主管要求，完成设备维护检修工作。做好日常检修工作的相关台账
2.执行部门巡检制度，及时发现问题并报告，做好记录，消除隐患，确保装置设备安全稳定运行。
• 通过巡检发现问题，及时处理并汇报主管。对于危及装置安全运行问题，立即通知当班运行人员
• 做好巡检记录和隐患记录，对处理时间和方案提出建议。
3.负责检修项目的实施，对安全、质量、进度、成本进行控制。对承包商现场检修人员进行监督。
• 完成检修任务，确保质量、进度和成本
• 落实现场检维修作业的各项安全措施
• 做好对承包商现场作业人员的监督工作
• 按照公司质量标准验收和确认检修项目
4.加强技术培训，协助做好机械设备各项专业管理工作
• 参与设备安装、验收、运行、维护、改造等工作，协助做好相关质量监督工作。
• 加强自身业务技术的培训和学习，提高设备维护和检修水平，掌握设备维修关键技术
• 配合工程师和主管参加技术攻关、隐患治理和特种设备、润滑、大机组保养、腐蚀等各项专业工作。
5.参与维修成本管理
• 根据备件情况和设备条件，选用合适的备件和材料
• 维修中，防止设备故障的扩大和备件损坏
• 确认检修项目的工作量，协助主管做好各类审核
6.完成上级安排的其它工作
• 自动化或电气工程/过程控制，大专及以上学历
• 熟悉自动化设备、西门子PLC、HMI、电气设备/装置方面的知识。
• 工作经验：5年以上自动化设备维修经验，或3年以上项目调试经验。
• 技术与专业知识：熟悉自动包装线或自动化仓库。
• 有人员管理经验者优先。
• 英语：可以阅读和理解英文的原始维护手册和图纸。
