负责班次交接班记录表的日常记录工作
负责确保班组生产活动符合巴斯夫安全环保要求，监督并纠正违章和不安全行为。
负责作业许可证开具或审批，监督区域内维修作业
协调内部资源（EHS、工艺、维修、资产管理、数字化等团队），解决日常生产运营问题
负责班次内与外部接口的沟通和互动（如生产装置、供应链操作、废水处理装置）。
异常事件发生时给予现场操作员工操作指令，并及时汇报给运营主管或者运营经理。
负责班次内的运营辅助设备的使用管理，例如手持平板，对讲机，气体探测仪等。
负责班组内的师徒带教和培训工作，例如安全培训、作业指导书、应急响应操作指导等。
负责班次内非日常工作：库存盘点、危废处置、包材管理等。
负责执行生产现场5S管理，确保整理、整顿、清洁、清扫、素养及安全
负责运营管理区域内异常情况的紧急响应。
负责班组成员的KPI考核和作业资质管理。
拓展团队成员的专业知识，提升操作技能。
负责班组内的安全谈话以及组织安全讨论。
积极参与持续改善项目，变革管理和创新, 推动流程优化、数字化、成本优化以及班组文化发展
完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
专科及以上学历，机械、车辆维修、化学及化工专业。
具备3年及以上的罐箱清洗场站一线管理经验。有危险品从业资格证，优先考虑。
技术能力：掌握基本概念关于厢式集装箱和罐式集装箱的结构和特征,危险货物的定义和类别，典型化学品危害以及相关防护措施，具备化工生产操作技能为加分项，包括接管操作、阀门操作等。
可靠独立：在流程化和数字化环境下，保证现场物流操作符合安全、环保、及时、质量和成本的管理要求
问题解决：具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动。
沟通交流：具备与内、外部接口（如生产计划员、运输计划员、客户、供应商、物流承运商等）有效沟通的能力。
较好的学习能力和学习意愿，以及较强的执行力。
IT软件：熟练使用办公软件。
具备基础的英语读写能力。
