罐区码头高级操作员(005836)
• 参与DCS, OTS, TGS, GDS, SIS, FAS等设计、组态、工厂测试、现场测试
• 协助建设期间项目现场施工进度跟踪，区域施工协调等
• 协助工程团队监督检验施工质量，检查施工现场是否按图施工
• 协助现场工程竣工验收，参与三查四定，参与开工前的生产准备和试车
2. Plant commissioning
• 参与DCS, OTS, TGS, GDS, SIS, FAS等系统回路测试
• 配合现场人员完成试车作业，包括预试车, 试车，开车等
3. Plant Operation
• 熟知开停车程序等操作手册，确保DCS安全运行所需要的条件
• 作业许可证的管理
• 严格执行DCS日常巡检
• 通过DCS/SIS/消防控制系统对相关设备进行远程控制
• 监控，处理和记录DCS/GDS/报警管理系统的数据和状态等
• 处理和报告并记录发生的任何异常情况或事故
• 对作业过程中发现的人的不安全行为及时进行制止
• 与上下游装置沟通，并协调其他操作人员
• 锁开/锁关等安全设施操作管理
• 文档管理
• 参加操作技术等培训，拓展的专业知识，提升操作技能
4. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务
• 大专及以上学历,化工、自动化、机械或油气储运工程相关专业
• 有罐区码头操作经验
• 3年以上中控操作经验
• 较好的分析、沟通和人际交往能力
• 熟悉DCS，连锁逻辑和操作流程
• 具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动
• 掌握罐区码头的工艺流程，以评估自己的操作对其他工艺系统的影响
