• Assist in tracking the construction progress and coordinate the regional construction during construction
协助建设期间项目现场施工进度跟踪，区域施工协调等
• Assist in monitoring the site construction with sense of ownership and stop it in time if there is any unsafe behavior
协助监督项目现场施工是否规范，发现不安全行为及时制止
• Assist the engineering team to supervise and inspect the construction quality, and check whether the construction is according to the drawing
协助工程团队监督检验施工质量，检查施工现场是否按图施工
• Assist the project acceptance and participate in the punch list inspection, PSSR, participate in the production preparation and test before ready for start up
协助现场工程竣工验收，参与三查四定，PSSR参与开工前的生产准备和试车
2. Plant commissioning
• Participate in site inspection before commissioning, including process pipeline, equipment, vessels, tools, etc., to confirm commissioning conditions
参与试运行前的现场检查，包括工艺管道、设备、容器、工器具等，确认试运行条件
• Participate in the commissioning phase, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up etc.
参与试运行阶段的工作，包括预试车, 试车，开车等
3. Plant Operation
• Execute tank farm & jetty daily operation with respect to safety, time, cost, and quality requirements, as well as guidelines, procedures, WI etc.
依据公司相关准则、程序、作业指导等,执行罐区码头的日常操作以确保符合安全、效率、成本、质量的要求
• Operate or monitor equipment like pump/refrigerator/compressor/valve etc. to conduct material transfer between upstream/downstream plant, ship loading/unlading, or other tank farm operation
操作或监控泵/冰机/压缩机/阀门等设备，完成储罐与上下游装置收送料及船舶装卸作业
• Operate jetty equipment like MLA/QRH/Jetty Gangway/Valve etc. to conduct ship loading/unlading operation
操作码头设备设施如：输油臂/快速脱缆钩/登船梯/阀门等，完成船舶装卸作业
• Conduct ship mooring and unmooring activities
进行船舶系解缆作业
• Implement site Routine inspection
严格执行现场日常巡检
• Documentation of any data during the operation and inspection
完成日常操作和测试作业数据记录
• Disposing and reporting any abnormal condition or incident on shift
报告并记录值班期间发生的任何异常情况或事故
• Ensuring site safety operation conditions.
确保现场安全运行所需要的条件
• Support work permit validation and management
作业许可证的签署和管理
• Stop unsafe action founded in the progress of operation in time
及时制止作业过程中发现的不安全行为
• Lock open/close operation safety facilities inspection
锁开/锁关等安全设施检查
• Participate training activities of operation technology to expand the professional knowledge, improve operational skills
参加操作技术等培训，拓展专业知识，提升操作技能
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
完成上级领导交办的其他任务
• College or above. Majors in chemical, mechanical, oil & gas storage and transportation engineering related are preferred.
大专及以上学历,化工、机械、油气储运工程相关专业优先考虑
• More than 3 years operation experiences in tank farm & jetty
有3年以上罐区码头操作经验
• Strategic thinker, Strong analytical skills, high communication skills, strong leadership, intercultural, interpersonal skills
较好的分析、沟通和人际交往能力
• Familiar with chemical handling and operation processes
熟悉化学品技术和操作流程
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents
具备专业的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动
Familiar with CPTF & Jetty process to ensure the safety operation
理解罐区码头的工艺流程，以确保安全操作
• Basic English reading ability
