What you can expect
协助或直接管理BASF湛江工厂的消防维保工作，并及时推动与消防维保管理相关的事务。
负责管理TSS&D区域的消防管理与维保事务，以确保该区域的消防设施/设备正常运转。
协助TS部门负责人完成相关的EHS和设施管理事务。
Main tasks
工厂消防系统维保管理
1.推动标准化消防维保服务建设，并负责日常维保运营管理;
2.主导BIG关键或重要消防设施的修复，保证维修高质、高效;
3.协调或提供消防设施投用支持,提供消防系统维保的合规或技术服务;
4.负责管理消防维保承包商;
5.提供技术支持，协助相关业主完成区域消防系统功能或联动测试;
6.协助建立消防设施的备件策略，并负责日常管理;
TSS&D区域设施管理
7.负责管理TSS&D区域的消防管理与维保事务，以确保该区域的消防管理正常运转;
8.支持TSS范围内的设施与5S管理;
9.支持承包商培训;
10.完成团队领导分配的其他任务。
Job Requirements
1.工科相关专业，技校及以上学历;
2.具有5年以上一线消防维保工作经验，负责过3起以上火灾报警系统项目施工经验为宜;
3.具有良好的沟通和协调能力,具有较强的Word、Excel文档工作能力；
4.须持有中级消防设施操作员证，持有一级消防工程师证为宜。
