贯彻落实维修团队下达的任务，确保服从公司的管理体制，根据装置的安全规定，及时纠正或汇报承包商不安全行为或现场不安全条件。
根据团队和主管的要求，参加装置预试车的现场质量检查并支持预试车所需要的维修和整改。
根据团队和主管的要求，积极完成装置的试车准备工作，如设备检查，清洗，润滑油加注，调试等，
在工程师和主管的指导下，执行日常维护检修和预防性维护工作，包括检查、维修、设备润滑及状态监测，协调操作与承包商，负责进度、设备投用、工作许可证、JSA和设备运转测试
负责维修活动的记录和维修报告的准备，将未解决的故障汇报给工程师；
参与装置大检修，包括维修清单的准备，材料和备件的准备，进度控制，安全与质量的控制等
参与小型投资项目和技改的实施，包括设备的安装和改进
完成工程师及主管安排的其它工作
职校大专或以上学历，机械工程、化工机械等相关专业
独立，有较强的动手和沟通能力，良好的身体素质
良好的沟通能力和团队合作
Job Responsibilities
Implement the tasks issued by the maintenance team, ensure compliance with the company's management system, and correct or report unsafe behavior of contractors or unsafe conditions on site in a timely manner according to the safety regulations of the device.
According to the requirements of the team and supervisor, participate in the on-site quality inspection of the pre-commissioned vehicle of the device and support the maintenance and rectification required of the pre-commissioning.
According to the requirements of the team and supervisor, actively complete the commissioning preparation of the device, such as equipment inspection, cleaning, lubricating oil filling, commissioning, etc.,
Under the guidance of engineers and supervisors, perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance work, including inspection, repair, equipment lubrication and condition monitoring, coordinate operations and contractors, and be responsible for schedule, equipment commissioning, work permits, JSA and equipment operation tests
Responsible for the recording of maintenance activities and the preparation of maintenance reports, and reporting unresolved faults to engineers;
Participate in the overhaul of the plant, including the preparation of maintenance lists, the preparation of materials and spare parts, progress control, safety and quality control, etc
Participate in the implementation of investment projects and technological transformation, including the installation and improvement of equipment
Complete other tasks arranged by engineers and supervisors
Job Requirements
Vocational school College or above, major in mechanical engineering, chemical machinery and other related majors
Independent, strong hands-on and communication skills, good physical fitness
Good communication skills and teamwork
