What you can expect
协助或直接管理BASF湛江工厂的暖通维保工作，并及时推动与暖通维保管理相关的事务。
负责管理TSS&D区域的暖通管理与维保事务，以确保该区域的暖通设施/设备正常运转。
协助TS部门负责人完成相关的EHS和设施管理事务。
Main tasks
工厂暖通系统维保管理
1. 推动标准化暖通维保服务建设，并负责日常维保运营管理;
2. 提供暖通设备故障性修复协调与紧急支持；技术主导工厂关键或重要暖通设施的修复，保证维修高质、高效;
3. 协调或支持暖通设施投用，提供暖通系统维保的技术服务说明;
4. 负责管理暖通维保承包商；
5. 协助建立暖通设施的备件策略，并负责日常管理；
6. 完成团队领导分配的其他任务。
区域设施管理
7. 负责管理TSS&D区域的暖通管理与维保事务，以确保该区域的暖通设施/设备正常运转；
8. 支持TSS&D范围内的设施及5S管理，支持承包商培训；
9. 完成团队领导分配的其他任务。
Job Requirements
1. 暖通相关专业，技校及以上学历;
2. 具有≥5年的常规检修和大检修经验，熟悉暖通系统/机组维修知识;
3. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力, 与良好的学习能力；
4. 具有制冷安装维修作业操作证为宜。
