What you can expect
Responsible for the management of warehouse daily operations such as receiving, putting in warehouse, storage, kitting, delivery , issuing and inventory check comply with warehouse procedure.
负责基地中央备件仓库的日常管理，根据管理程序负责执行仓库日常操作，包括收货，上架，仓储，打包，配送以及库存检查。
Main tasks
管理团队，确保团队按照相关仓储程序做好备件,设备材料,化学品的接收,入库,保管保养，发料和利用SAP系统WMS记帐工作，保证物资进出库系统有序运转，帐卡物相符，满足生产，维护和项目需求。
确保所有进出货物的活动符合仓库管理程序和环境健康安全（EHS）要求，包括接收、卸货、检查数量和与送货单及采购订单（PO）的规格一致性，进行目视和质量检查，记录和标记收到的物品，收集文件，控制货物出入，先进先出等。
熟练操作SAP WMS 二维码系统进行收发货记账，应用SAP系统分析解决库存管理中出现的问题。
根据维修计划及预留计划，负责备件的打包以及送货到装置。
负责仓库装卸货和叉车卡车作业过程中安全管理，执行相关安全作业规定，确保作业安全。
做好仓库现场作业管理，确保良好的库容库貌，仓储设备设施完好。
严格按照相关程序作好库存备件保管保养工作，确保库存备件的安全储存和可用性。
完成主管安排的其他任务。
Job requirements
本科以上学历，机械、电仪、供应链、物流等专业。
8年化工厂仓库工作经验，3年以上主管及相关管理经验。
拥有丰富的化工、石化或炼油行业的仓库管理经验。了解维修备件和备件仓库的优先。
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。工作积极主动，具有主人翁精神，能适应在变化和富有挑战的环境中工作。
拥有叉车证，具有丰富的叉车经验，窄巷道叉车的经验优先。
有使用仓储管理软件的经验。SAP使用的经验优先。
语言要求：普通话流利，基础英语读写能力。
