1.1 确保工作符合中国和巴斯夫的安全法规、规范和标准。
1.2 熟悉当地工厂化学介质的特性，使用正确的个人防护装备。
1.3 负责安全、清洁的工作条件以及使用安全、合适的工具。
1.4 根据上级的指示和工厂可用性的实际需求（例如故障排除）执行日常维护工作。 1.5 确保所有仪器设备的安全可靠，符合工厂的可用性要求。
1.6 确保当地工厂实施质量管理体系的目标和操作程序。
2.了解相关工艺流程，了解当地设备条件，不断提高专业技能，满足工作要求。
3.通过日常工作，发现仪器存在的问题并及时报告。做好记录，做好故障排除，以确保工厂在安全条件下运行。
3.1 向上级提供维护工作反馈，了解正在进行的工作状态，报告情况 E&I 设备和维护工作的潜在需求。
3.2 找到潜在的 E&I 问题，并找到解决方案给工厂的主管。
4.监理承包商的工作。
4.1 确保外部技术服务符合 BASF 安全标准。
4.2 确保外部技术服务的质量符合 BASF 质量标准。
5.与其他团队合作。
5.1 与相关组、部门的技术人员做好合作，发现潜力工作流程和沟通的改进。
5.2 确保与其他团队的良好合作。
熟悉自动化设备、SIEMENS PLC、HMI、电气设备/装置方面的知识。
5 年 以上自动化设备维护经验，或 3 年以上项目调试经验。
技术和专业知识： 熟悉 自动包装线或 自动仓库。
有人员管理经验者优先。
英语：能阅读及理解英文维修手册及图纸正本。
