1. Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures, and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution. 遵守公司安全管理条例和程序，以及巴斯夫公司的责任关怀义务确保维修活动的安全执行
Technical Management
1. Learn from BASF maintenance management concept, and Reliability management strategy to develop the technical skill and competent. 学习巴斯夫公司的维修管理概念，可靠性管理策略，主动提高自己的技术和管理能力
2. Have a good knowledge of BASF condition monitoring and critical equipment management through the learn and practice. 通过学习和实践，尽快掌握设备状态监测和重要设备的管理策略和方法
3. Build good communication channel with global team to enhance the best practice implemented in BIG site. 和公司可靠性中心建立良好的沟通渠道，确保在湛江工厂执行最优的设备维护方案
4. Support team to roll out the program to approach the high efficiency Condition monitoring management. 支持团队推进设备状态管理项目
5. Coordinate with clusters to develop site condition monitoring strategies and prepare asset health assessment and dashboard. 具备良好的计算机技能帮助团队和各个装置建立工厂设备管理图标和KPI
6. Learning and support team to provide critical equipment (Class A and Class B) condition monitoring with expertise data analysis, work out the recommendation and solution proposal. 学习并支持团队提供重要设备的数据分析，并提出合理的解决方案
1. 学历/Education：本科或以上Bachelor or above
2. 专业/Major：化工机械，机械制造等
3. 语言，技术，成绩要求Language skills/technical skills& Knowledge
良好英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧
Good English and computer skills, good interpersonal skill
4. 其他要求Others Qualification (key words can help identify the right candidate)
