(Senior) Manager, Value Proposition Advocacy
•Develop systematic actions to lobby policies and supports for both carbon management and renewable energy utilization
•Manage local, provincial and national communication with authorities to benefit the company by exploring potentials to apply for encourage project/catalogue/subsidy policies, etc.
•Generate public support for relevant issues, lobbying for policy changes through appropriate channels, and maintain current knowledge of government and related policies; define the demands, barriers, action plans and drive the execution
•Besides the communication with authorities, maintain and drive the communication with research institutes/ associations/ think-tank organization for early planning and impact
•University degree in social relationship, government affairs, Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Legal, consultancy and related disciplines; cross-discipline experience is a plus
•5+ years of professional related experience in government affairs, and/or Carbon & sustainability management
•Solid understanding of Chinese decarbonization policy and government operation
•Knowledge in carbon footprint accounting, energy management, and renewable energy industry is a plus
•Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
