主な仕事内容
■ 工場運転・作業管理
- 操業ルール（SOP）やトレーニング計画に沿って、班長の指示のもと製造作業を行う
- 作業中のトラブルは速やかに班長へ報告
- 運転日誌に必要なデータを正確に記録
- 次の担当者がスムーズに業務を引き継げるよう、丁寧な引継ぎを実施
■ 安全・衛生管理
- 法令や社内ルールに従い、安全・環境に配慮した行動を徹底
- 作業場の整理整頓を心がけ、清潔で安全な環境を維持
- 事故発生時はすぐに上司へ報告し、指示に従って対応
■ 品質管理
- 製造工程での製品分析をルールに沿って実施
- 原料や廃棄物の状態を監視し、異常があれば上司へ報告
求める人材
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションができる方（必須）
- 高卒資格
- 以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します
- 製造業務や機械操作の経験
- 倉庫内での作業経験
- 高校レベルの化学知識
- フォークリフト運転免許、危険物取扱者などの関連資格

勤務形態：3交替勤務制
工場の操業を24時間体制で維持するため、勤務時間を3つのシフトに分けて交替で勤務します。詳細はシフト表をお配りしますが勤務する時間帯が週単位など期間ごとに変わります。各勤務時間は以下の通りです：
- 1直（早番）：06:45〜15:00
- 2直（中番）：14:45〜22:00
- 3直（夜勤）：21:45〜06:45

休憩時間：各シフトともに60分

手当：交替勤務手当・深夜勤務手当あり
