職務目的
- 工場管理職の指導のもと、EHS活動の計画・調整・推進
- グローバル基準や法令の導入
- 従業員の安全意識向上と職場環境の改善
主な職務内容
- EHS規則の解釈と実施提案
- 安全・環境保護方針の導入
- RC委員会メンバーとしての指導
- 業務プロセスの安全性評価と改善提案
- 教育・研修の企画・実施・評価
- 法令遵守の監査と報告
- 災害調査と予防策の提案
- 文書管理と統計・報告書の作成
応募要件
- 学士号または同等の資格
- EHS経験の経験者もしくは化学工場における製造、設備・保全分野での実務経験5年以上
- EHSに関する技術的・専門的知識
- 英語力：グローバルチームとのワークショップに参加できるレベル
