【主な仕事内容】
操業に関する内容:SOPやトレーニング計画に則り、班長の指示のもと工場全体のオペレーションを円滑に行う。
工程内トラブルの際、速やかに班長に報告する。SOPに従い製造上記録が必要なデータを運転日誌にも れなく記載する。
引継ぎを適切に行い、引き継がれた班が業務を支障なく遂行できるようにする。
安全衛生:BASFおよび国内の法規、要求事項に基づき行動し、工場長あるいは上長の指導のもと、安全や環境 に配慮しながら責務を全うする。
常に作業環境に配慮し、身の回りの整理整頓に心がける。化学工場での事 故に関する知見を持ち、事故が起きた場合には速やかに上長に報告し、指示を仰ぐ。
品質管理:工程内での分析をSOPに則り行う。工場廃棄物や原料をきちんと監視し、異常があった場合に上長 に報告する。
【求める人材】
流暢に日本語でコミニュケーションをとる事ができる能力を必須とします。

・製造業務および機器操作の経験
・基礎的な化学知識
・ライン運転に必要な免許 例フォークリフト、危険物取扱者など
