1.製造作業標準に従った製造業務遂行／管理／報告
2.安全衛生業務一般の活動
3.製造業務の目標遂行（ISO9001／14001／RC など）
4.その他製造に関する付帯作業
■製品 幅広い種類の雑草に効果を発揮する農薬を製造しています
■選考方法 面接、適性検査など
■勤務地・選考場所 北利根工場
■学歴 高校卒業程度
■必要な経験
-製造業務及び機器操作の経験、
-危険物取扱者、フォークリフト免許取得者、応募歓迎
■人材像
-責任感があり自発的に業務に携わり、自ら仕事を楽しむことができる
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力（社内外とのやり取りがスムーズにこなせる方）
- 細かい作業が苦にならない方
■年収見込み 3,500,000 円程度（賞与含む）
■勤務予定地 北利根工場 〒306-0213茨城県古河市北利根9-3
■休日 完全週休 2 日制、祝日、GW、夏季・年末年始休暇、クリスマス休暇、（年間総休日 125 日 2018 年実績）年次有給休暇（20 日/年）、慶弔休暇など
■勤務時間 フレックスタイム制（コアタイム無し）：5:00~22:00 の間で、始業および終業の時刻は労働者の決定に委よる。所定労働時間7時間30分（夜勤なし）
