化粧品(パーソナルケア)や洗剤・クリーナー(ホームケア/業務用洗浄)向けに、界面活性剤・エモリエント・有効成分などの原料を提供。茨城県北利根に工場あり。
■仕事内容
事業部およびマテリアルマネジメントと連携し、グローバルS&OPガイドラインに沿ってS&OPプロセスを主導・調整する。
EMジャパンにおいて、グローバル需要計画プロセス・カレンダー・サイクルが確実に遵守されるよう管理する。
国内生産品(トール製造含む)に関する商業・製造要件を満たすマスタースケジュールの成果物に責任を持つ。
MRP(資材所要量計画)を適切に運用し、需要予測に基づく製品供給を確保する。

・学士号以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語(SCMの中心はマレーシアハブ)
・サプライチェーンマネジメント(特に需要・供給計画・S&OP)での実務経験5年以上
・SAP等ERPシステムの実務経験必須

Objectives of the Position
• Lead and coordinate S&OP and supply chain planning to ensure effective alignment across the organization.
• Manage purchase, production, and transfer orders to maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing cost, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze SCM KPIs with transparency, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving related actions.
• Initiate actions that directly support sales, profit, and business growth targets, ensuring alignment with Global, Regional, and Local EM strategies.
• Contribute to and manage SCM-related and integration projects, participating as a project member or taking the lead as needed.
• Promote a collaborative and accountable team culture by demonstrating Winning Behaviors and serving as a role model.
Main Tasks
Strategy
• Contribute to the EM strategy within the assigned scope by ensuring efficient, agile, and reliable material management operations aligned with global, regional, and local strategies.
S&OP and Planning
• Lead and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in line with global guidelines.
• Drive implementation of improved tools and technologies to enhance the S&OP cycle.
• Ensure proper supply–demand balancing across third-party, intercompany, and intracompany channels.
Demand Planning
• Ensure adherence to global demand planning processes, calendars, and cycles.
• Support business units by defining forecast accuracy targets and performing analyses such as ABC/XYZ.
Master Scheduling
• Accountable for master schedule outputs meeting commercial and manufacturing requirements.
• Act as a key stakeholder in risk management planning.
Supply & Distribution Planning
• Ensure product availability through proper MRP application.
• Direct DRP by establishing appropriate inventory targets.
• Manage warehouse requirement planning and stock transfers.
Order Management
• Manage purchase, production, and transfer orders including tolling.
• Monitor order status and handle deviations or incidents.
• Maintain relevant master data.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to enhance supply reliability.
• Manage NCM for damaged purchased goods.
Performance & Improvement
• Monitor SCM KPIs and drive improvement actions.
• Lead process improvements and share best practices regionally.
Projects & Logistics
• Lead or participate in SCM-related projects within scope and budget.
• Monitor logistics service provider performance and compliance.
Training & Leadership
• Participate in and deliver training programs.
• Demonstrate leadership and support team development.
Minimum Education and Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or above; APICS certification recommended.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning roles.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
• Knowledge of sales and Order-to-Cash processes preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
