Objectives of the Position
Develop, monitor and review the implementation of all logistics activities required for the timely and distribution of company products, equipment and materials according to relevant business strategies/ policies and procedures/ practices, corporate/company and government EHS regulations in handling product transportation and safeguard a reliable order processing and stock level.

How You Will Do It 
Main Tasks
1. Planning 

• According to sales forecast convert to material/package purchase plan/tolling plan.
• Put sales forecast to value file, then upload to MAP and APO per monthly
• Maintain planning book/material in Z7C -SNP, SNP planning
•  

2. Order management

• Place order covering products demand sourced from BASF SE/Agro B.V./3rd party to supplier.
• Order follows up/Troubleshooting of imports
• Contact with supplier to confirm all products demand

3. Tolling

• Create repacking plan
• Create repacking request to toller in local system to toller
• Create Sub PO for repacking products in Cobalt.
• Submit FFP cost per year
• repacking order follow up/Troubleshooting of tolling production, to ensure to meet sales demand. 
• as a contact person with tollers to ensure tolling activity smoothly    

4. Material Management:

• Apply material article and create in Cobalt.
• Maintain All material in Cobalt.

  5. Inventory administration

• Monitor the aging stock, Red/Black stock management and recommend to sales/marketing supervisor replenishment needs.

 6. CPS/EHS audit

• Preparation activities with the 3 Tollers prior to the actual audit to be conducted by Regional QA.
• Including visit to Tollers, audit gap closure prior to actual audit. For CPS (QA/QC)
• EHS Region - Fang Chin, EHS Greater China.

7. S+OP meeting hosted by monthly.

8. Customer services 

• Establish and maintain a customer’s services system to track the service levels, especially the availability and reliability of delivery, to analyze potential drawbacks for improvements and take corrective measures. (if necessary) bear the responsibility for compensation, to protect the interests of the company.

9. Data and information management 

• Work closely with the Information System Manager to develop and maintain a computerized record system for efficient/effective operations to facilitate the selection of the service providers in terms of performance, service evaluation, costs, etc.
• Supervise the development and up-keep of a logistic database in mandatory/ corporate transportation requirements, customer data, etc.

10. Documentation

• Provide data to sales/ marketing supervisor to prepare for sales reports/ analyses.
• Develop the structure and information needed in a reference manual of customer inquiries/ complaints, the replies/ solutions, including key contacts for resolution. Ensure the timely and accurate monthly updates of the manual.

11. Shipping and delivery coordination

• Prioritize delivery schedules based on customers’ delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders. Track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers/ suppliers/ carriers/ logistics to ensure timely order delivery. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.

12. Government agencies regularly report data and other administrative tasks.

13. Safety, EHS & Compliance:

• Comply with BASF compliance & safety guidelines. Demonstrate safety mindset and be a role

What we look for 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Working Experience: 5+ years working experience.
• Logistic, customer service background Working experience of SAP R/3 and other ERP system i.e. MS office required: SAP APO experience preferred.
