Main Tasks:
- 遵照翻班主管的指示，安全和有效的工作。
- 保持安全，质量和生产力的最高水平。
- 确保生产计划及时完成。
- 在轮班期间操作生产工艺并且采取控制措施确保产品质量在规定的范围之内。
- 排除工艺故障和采取必须的纠正措施。
- 联系维修和工程人员进行车间内的维修活动，包括亲自参与。
- 确保良好的卫生状况，依照程序和当地政府规章正确的处理废料。
Requirements:
- 学历要求： 技术学校化学工程/工艺及化学分析专业或以上学历。
- 工作经验： 至少 2 年化工或材料加工行业工作经验。
- 技术与专业知识： 具备基础聚合物知识和批次经验；英语能力为优势；持有叉车操作证者优先。
