HR Business Partner

*Position summary:

This is a 1 year fixed-term contract position for maternity leave / childcare leave back up. The person will be responsible for working with the key business in BASF with other responsibilities of supporting HR project works.

*Main Tasks:

Partnering with business units of BASF and working with the business leaders on their HR agenda

Supporting HR Project Works

Manage Learning & Development programs

*Education/Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree

5 to 7 years of HR experience (experience as a HR manager or HRBP is preferred)

*Competencies required:

Good communication

Fluency in English Language (verbal and writing)/ Native level of Korean

Attention to detail

Quickly understand the HR agenda of each
