HR Business Partner (Contractor)

JOB PURPOSE
The HRBP will be accountable for aligning business objectives with employees and management in their designated business units. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to leaders and employees on human resource-related issues. This is a fixed-term contractor role until Aug 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with HR customers (i.e. internal employees, business leaders, regional counterparts) on the overall people issues of relevant business/function.

2. Work with regional / global team to develop HR programs, solicit feedback from internal HR customers, and deploy them in Korea.
프로그램 배포: 지역/글로벌과 협력해 HR 프로그램 개발·피드백 수렴·국내 적용
3. Understand complicated HR system and create a manual in easy-to-understand format.
매뉴얼 작성: 복잡한 HR 시스템을 이해하고 쉬운 매뉴얼 제작
4. Address employee concerns/inquiries and find means for resolution by engaging with different parties/functions in the Company
상담 및 해결: 직원 문의·불만을 관련 부서와 조정해 해결
5. Work on HR system projects with self-leadership, deliver the results, and conduct communication sessions
프로젝트 리드: HR 시스템 프로젝트 주도·성과 도출 및 소통 진행
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
인사, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자
- HR domain knowledge
인사(HR) 도메인 지식 보유
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR
인사 관련 업무 경력 최소 5년
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
우수한 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations
데이터 분석 능력, 트렌드 파악 및 권고안 작성 역량
- Understanding of AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, Gemini) and high preference/interest of working with AI tools
AI 도구(Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini 등)에 대한 이해 및 AI 도구 활용에 대한 높은 선호도/관심
- Proficiency in both Korean and English language (written and spoken)
국어 및 영어 능통(말하기/쓰기)
