*Position summary:
-A Customer Service Officer (CSO) plays a critical operational role in ensuring both customer experience and supply reliability by maintaining accuracy and efficiency across the entire Order-to-Delivery process.

-Through close collaboration with overseas manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders, the CSO minimizes supply risks and systematically manages customer order processing, invoicing, and returns.
-This role requires strong SAP-based operational capabilities and a high level of data accuracy, along with the ability to continuously improve ways of working in an AI and digital automation environment. The position also demands effective problem-solving skills in complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.


*Qualifications required:

-Demonstrate SAP knowledge especially on MM and VA module
-Strong problem-solving skills in situations involving multiple stakeholders
-Ability to work flexibly across time zones

-High attention to details, and quickly adapt to change in AI automation
-Business communication in English language for liaising with global interfaces

 

*Key Responsibility:
-Coordinate with oversea factories to ensure timely availability of manufactured goods

-Review and process customer orders accurately
-Proactive customer communications related to Order Management
-Follow up order block/release and payment

-Send and amend tax invoice
-Handle product returns and replacements
-1–3 years of working experience with fluency in English.
