Main responsibilities

Production

• Production is mainly responsible for feeding raw materials, running machines in the production line, loading products into tanks of various sizes, and maintaining the initial maintenance, replace small parts and take steps to keep the production area clean and tidy.

Maintenance

• To support maintenance work by initially checking that the machines are working as they should and reporting any abnormalities to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Troubleshooting and alerts

• Notify the relevant people in various departments of any abnormalities found or deviations from the normal situation, including various control systems that do not work as they should. Report an obstacle Problems and unsafe processes, provide assistance in solving problems and find out the causes.

Safety and Quality

• Perform duties in accordance with safety and quality guidelines and regulations in accordance with the ISO9001 IATF 16949 management system and responsible care, act as a first aid or firefighter or chemical rescue team and be a member of the factory's emergency response team.

Personal Capabilities

• To operate on all machines in the production line and can work in shifts to keep production running continuously.

Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate in the related field or mechanics or electrical engineering will be preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in chemical industry.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Able to work at high altitudes, and with basic English and computer proficiency.

การผลิต

• สนับสนุนทีมควบคุมการผลิตโดยทำหน้าที่เติมวัตถุดิบ ควบคุมเครื่องจักรในการผลิต บรรจุสินค้า แก้ไขหน้างานเบื้องต้น เปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนเครื่องมือตามข้อกาหนด ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการผลิต

การซ่อมบารุงในเบื้องต้น

• เพื่อสนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุงด้วยการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นว่าเครื่องจักรต่าง ๆ ทำงานอย่างที่ควรจะเป็นและรายงานสิ่งผิดปกติให้หัวหน้างานทราบอย่างทันท่วงที

การแก้ไขปัญหาและแจ้งเตือน

• แจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องในส่วนงานต่าง ๆ ถึงสิ่งผิดปกติที่พบหรือเบี่ยงเบนออกไปจากภาวะปกติ รวมถึงระบบควบคุมต่างๆ ที่ไม่ทำงานตามสิ่งที่ควรจะเป็น รายงานอุปสรรค ปัญหาและกระบวนการที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ให้ความช่วยเหลือในเรื่องการแก้ปัญหาและหาสาเหตุ

ความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพ

• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามแนวทางและกฏระเบียบเรื่องความปลอดภัย สุขอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม คุณภาพ 5ส และการดูแลด้วยความรับผิดชอบ นอกจากนั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในทีมปฐมพยาบาล หรือทีมดับเพลิง / เป็นสมาชิกทีมงานดูแลวัตถุอันตราย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมบริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์ไม่ปกติของโรงงาน (Site Incident Management)

ขีดความสามารถส่วนบุคคล

• สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้กับเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิตได้ทั้งหมดและสามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะเพื่อให้การผลิตดำเนินอย่างต่อเนื่องได้

คุณสมบัติ

• ผู้สมัครควรสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ขึ้นไป หากจบสาขาช่างกลหรือไฟฟ้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเพิ่มเติม
• สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานบนที่สูง มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน และความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับพื้นฐาน
