Supervisor, Supply Planning(006185)
• Responsible for planning including Merchandise and outsourcing business
• Management of forecast by coordinate with sales, PM and regional planners
• Management of inventories of commercial products. Control inventory level to meet KPI.
• Identity forecast strategies and material management improvement opportunities.
• Drive S&OP process process performance as per the defined service levels and targets.
• To support the responsible SBU supply chain process, business and process models, steering KPI, performance and target setup, execution, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• To manage any risk in supply and demand and derive measures to mitigate risk, provide alert and escalation for support.
• Support A-EMA SCM project activity
Main Tasks:
1. Demand Management
• Review monthly demand forecast with sales. Coordinate with sales manager/PM/regional planner on forecast review to ensure supply demand balance.
• Challenge sales’ FC if necessary.
2. S&OP
• Organize Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), balance demand and supply, develop feasible solution together with sales, production, supplier and logistic
• Performance stock replenishment according to FC, SO and SF, monitor status and align with sales & CSO on available date and allocation if necessary.
• Fine tune the replenishment plan, review stock point and safety stock level, propose stock keeping to business unit to optimize service level and business growth.
• Responsible for shortage management including internal communication with different groups, allocation and drive for fulfillment of allocation to minimize business loss and pending backlog.
3. Inventory Management
• Manage inventory at target level
• Propose inventory target to guarantee service level while keeping overall balance between inventory level and service level
• Optimize BU inventory profile including day inventory value, operative inventory value, aging stock through inventory report analysis.
4. Supply chain support
• Be the service contact for any third party(internal/external) of the assigned responsibility area and ensure consistent processes to all parties. Also, contribute and undertake daily troubleshooting and problem solving
• Support material availability check for sales pipeline
• Supply Chain Support and Communication
• Identify, evaluate and optimize supply chain initiatives.
• Liaise with the Business Unit regarding impacts related to supply chain strategies and policies.
• Comply with all internal operative procedures and ensure all related documents are adjusted and archived accordingly
• To give valuable input to Supply Chain Head to improve overall performance on supply chain management
5. Master data
• Maintain SAP master data related to Merchandise, to ensure OTC process smoothly and system accurate.
• SAP APO: Coordination SNP BAM to set up and maintain master data
6. Project management
• Project support / coordination
• To plan and steer assigned local/regional/global supply chain related projects
Job Requirements:
1. Education: BA degree in business management, supply chain management or equivalent experience.
2. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years in SCM / Logistics / Project Management area
3. Other requirements:
• Strong SAP and PC skills to assist with job tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve problems and identify process improvements.
