Supervisor, Quality Management (007167)
- Be single point of contact/ interface for the Project Team and for the Customer for all quality relevant topics in the project and drive Quality communication with the customer.
- Ensure customer Quality requirements are understood in the organization.
- Validate deviations in Engineering Gate Reviews and recommend necessary actions.
- Ensure consistency of key characteristics from design to series process.
- Work in global Quality team to align customer needs/ expectations and requests.
- Drive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) management of new products.
- Plan and prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)/ PPF (Produktionsprozess- und Produktfreigabe) submissions on new products and engineering changes to meet customer deadlines and customer specific requirements.
- Actively participates in the development and maintenance of P-FMEA's. Verify that Lessons Learned are used in the D/P FMEA. Up-dates process flow charts and control plans.
- Drive NCM handling and warranty process and ensure that major customer complaints are resolved sustainably.
- Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action.
- Lead customer audits and Perform process and quality system audits to ensure compliance to specifications and documented procedures.
- Work in customer systems – Lead "Self Assessments" and drive answering internally.
- Monitor customer quality score card and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Update regularly "Customer Specific Requirements" documentation together with Audit/Document Quality Management.
- Support Key-account manager rating "Quality Assurance Agreements" (QSV) and support definition of adequate countermeasures.
- Monitor project related supplier quality together with Supplier Quality Management.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle or equivalent.
- At least 4 years related experience in quality management in Automotive sector.
- Good English Skills for global communication.
- Experience in Project Management and leading teams like SE-teams.
- Good skills in communication and negotiation.
- Audit experience (Certificates like VDA 6.3).
- Proficiency with Software like MS Office – SAP – ViFlow – APIS.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible business trips.
