= Key Responsibilities =

Treasury Management
• Manage day-to-day cash management and liquidity operations across APAC, with a specific focus on China.
• Monitor and forecast cash positions; ensure compliance with internal liquidity targets.
• Optimize local banking structures, cash pools, financing arrangements and local currency management
• Handling, issuance and discounting of bank acceptance drafts
• Ensure full compliance with Chinese regulatory requirements related to cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and cash repatriation
• Point of contact for other treasury topics in APAC

Credit Risk Management
• Coordinating the customer credit risk function across APAC, covering both new and existing accounts
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operations to manage credit exposures and support business growth



= Job Requirements =
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in treasury and credit risk functions, preferably in a multinational or regional financial setting.
• Strong understanding of China’s financial regulations, cash controls, treasury and credit practices.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., SAP, Serrala) and credit risk management tools.
