Senior Manager, Supply Chain Service Delivery Caretake & Optimization(006190)
Reinforce supply chain process execution performance and identify optimization opportunity to further elevate service level, efficiency, resilience.
= Main Tasks =
• Develop, maintain and optimize supply chain service performance monitoring mechanism (e.g. KPI definition, target setting, performance monitoring and action plan development)
• Support functional team to review, optimize and standardize supply chain process per business needs to reinforce process execution compliance and performance
• Diagnostic existing supply chain process/operations to identify optimization opportunity. Define optimization project and take lead on project implementation to ensure its output, including but not limited to efficiency improvement, resilience enhancement and service level elevation
• Engage and drive cross function (supply chain, finance, etc.) / region (AP, Global) initiatives and projects
• Explore, introduce and lead the pilot on leading/innovative digital solution to accelerate supply chain service optimization
= Job Requirements =
• 10 years or above experience in supply chain operation management and performance optimization, working experience in management consulting with bachelor/MBA degree is preferred
• Working/project experience in process industry or other in leading industries of supply chain operation (e.g. automotive, FMCG and etc.)
• Proven record on driving tangible supply chain improvement from different dimensions, e.g. service level, efficiency, resilience
• Experience on scaled/cross functional project management and capability of multiple projects/initiatives prioritization
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
