Senior Engineer, E&I(007073)
• Follow BASF internal E&I guidelines and procedure, especially for SIS.
• To provide E&I maintenance services for Jinshan(金山) site, to be responsible for the E&I maintenance status of Jinshan site, to immediately response to any E&I maintenance request and to arrange for repair in time.
• Lead to implement planned maintenance work, such as inspection, troubleshooting, and history data backup.
• Responsible for Automation package equipment smoothly running, including troubleshooting, document archive, optimization and spare parts management etc.
• Participate in capital project as a leader of E&I and take care of proper E&I project documentation, commissioning and start-up.
• Plant Turnaround management includes Work-list preparation, material/spare parts preparation, planning & scheduling, safety and quality control etc.
• Review and approval of all instrument specifications in his/her responsible area.
• Participate in collecting system event information and analyze the root cause.
• Provide technical training for E&I contractors.
• Maintenance process optimization and execution to achieve maintenance excellence.
• Ensure application of state of the art of E&I standards and materials. To plan and request E&I spare parts, prepare specifications, provide assistance to procurement
• SAP PM model utilization in routine work
• Plant digitalization implementation support.
• University and above, Automation/ Electric & Instrument integration Engineering, and or Electromechanical integration
• Min.5 years Petrochemicals or fine chemicals plant maintenance or engineering experience.
• Familiar with Delta V or SUPCON DCS
• E&I designing and selecting experience needed
• Good English and computer skill in NETWORK are required.
• Good teamwork and communication capability.
• Good knowledge of instruments.
• Basic knowledge in electric.
