Production management:
- Assist the production manager with production management: Arrange the production activities, including trail production, according to the production cycle, plan and deadline etc. once a month and adjust it every week or day if necessary. Prioritize and direct production activities in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Recommend to supervisor revised production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
- Be responsible for writing and revising the work instruction and trains operator accordingly.
- Continuously study, master, and consolidate workshop production processes and equipment operating procedures.
- Be responsible for effectively implementing safety production training for workshop employees and ensuring that on-site personnel carry it out correctly.
- In addition to the required annual safety, environmental protection, and on-the-job skills training for all shift employees, conduct targeted training focused on each employee’s individual weaknesses.
- Following the directions by the production manager he improves and optimizes the operational parameters of plant for productivity, cost, quality and safety.
- Makes monthly & annual reports of manufacture, and builds up the production management archive.
Safety, Environmental and Quality management:
- As System House plant safety coordinator.
- Supervises that occupational safety, health and environmental regulations are followed in the plant, ensure the result in compliance with the related standard.
- Ensures the object, target, and operating procedure of EHS+QM being implemented in the whole process management.
- Supports to improve and optimize the safety and environmental impact of the plant.
- Maintains and coordinates the management system of safety, environment and quality in the plant.
Quality Management：
- Ensure product quality, reduce the rate of nonconforming products and customer complaints related to quality.
- Be familiar with the critical control points in each process section and operational step that affect product quality.
- Supervise and ensure those critical control points remain under control; record and correct any abnormalities promptly.
- Assist the production manager in identifying and resolving various quality issues in a timely manner and eliminate all adverse factors that affect product quality.
Others:
- As System House plant safety committee member.
- Executes additional special tasks, as delegated by the Production manager and Plant Manager.
- When other shift leaders are unable to lead their shifts due to leave, and with approval from the production manager, they may be replaced by a substitute who will assume the duties of the on-duty shift leader.
- When the production manager is absent, an authorized person may assume the production manager’s routine production management duties; personnel appointments are not authorized.
Requirements:
- College degree in Chemical related production management or process engineer, Chemical or Mechanical field.
- More than 3 years of experience in chemical area, ability to review Process & Instrumentation diagram, project planning.
- At least 2 years of experience in operation leader position.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin & English.
- Basic computer skills.
