= Objectives =
• Build and establish retailer strategy in organization to further expand retailer coverage into market
• Build and establish the segmentation strategy of existing and future retailer networks
• Implement the loyalty program to key retailers, ensure the communication and digital enablement to implementation
• Build the roadmap of customer experience enhancement to retailers, including customer journey management and VOC methodology and service packages etc.
• Future looking and designing the future retailer digital eco-system on how utilizing advanced digital infrastructure to better enroll, engage and better service retailers
• Collabrate with marketing and sales team, collabrate with external customers and external service providers to ensure deliverables

= Main Tasks =
• Developing annual planning with marketing team to promote BASF campaigns to drive traffic/consumption on retailer level
• Monitoring the heatmap of retailers on coverage and consumption by using advanced analytical tool (e.g. power BI), create data-driven insights & action plan to advise to management team & sales team
• Managing the channel performance digital tool, ensuring system to be aligned with annual business requirements and keep it up to date to latest technology
• Managing business performance on retailer-management-system on target achievement and sales growth of total retailer network
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, including dealing with complaints and feedback
• Other ad-hoc customer experience relevant projects to support

= Job Requirements =
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Agriculture or plant protection studies are not required but preferred
• 8 years or above in retail management, marketing or channel manger with retailing relevant experience in agriculture or FMCG is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written English
• Advanced level in data visualization digital solutions e.g. Power BI or Tableau
