Manager, Procurement Operations & Process Excellence(006951)
• Lead the Procurement Operations & Process Excellence team for region APAC
• Identify potentials and drive process optimization for global Procurement
• Develop globally harmonized process- and system landscape
• Ensure change management for process changes including relevant stakeholders (Supply Chain, Business services center)
• Improve project methodology competence within EC Procurement
Main Tasks:
• You steer the Procurement Operations & Excellence Team for region APAC
• You proactively drive process optimization and digitalization end-to-end as part of the global Procurement Operations team
• You take accountability for a smooth Procure-to-Pay process and ensure supply security
• You foster strong collaboration with the interfaces to supply chain as well as the regional shared service center
• You train the organization to establish an efficient process target picture
• You ensure proper process implementation and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
• Several years working experience with procurement, supply chain or IT
• Leadership experience is plus
• Professional experience with SAP S4/HANA or related and MS office
• Experience in Project Management and process optimization
• Good English skills in both writing and speaking
• Open minded and passionate
