Objectives:
• Work closely with the Marketing Communication Team Lead, Global Strategic Marketing and management team on all communications-related issues, establishing the new positioning of our Autmotive OEM coatings business unit .
• Responsible for the Global Business Unit’s customer facing marketing and brand communications activities, covering external channels
• Liaise with Global and Regional Global Automotive OEM Coatings Communications and Greater China Corporate Affairs, coordinate all relevant communications activities to ensure co-ordination and alignment in all communications related matters.

Main Tasks:
1. External Marketing Communication Management
• Implement marketing communications measures such as product launches, customer presentations, regional customer events and expert conferences
• Development and presentation of communication strategies tailored to the needs and objectives of internal (product management, account management) and external (automotive OEM customers) stakeholders, taking into account current trends and industry-specific requirements
• Development of holistic, global product communication campaigns across multiple channels, as well as the structured steering of marketing agencies
• Coordinate with various functions like global communications, account management and product management to ensure alignment of marketing communications efforts with overall business objectives
• Utilize technical knowledge of digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing communications effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest marketing communications trends, tools, and technologies (especially in greater China)

2. Digital Channel Management
• Ensure our global / regional portfolio of digital channels best serve our customers
• Manage and optimize digital marketing communications campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our Wechat platform
• Develop and align channel strategies and content plans for Wechat, based on global product strategies and local customer needs


• Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media
• At least 5 years working experience in marketing communications, public relations, digital marketing, preferably with working experience in a multicultural environment
• International working experience as plus
• High commitment and willingness for working hands-on in gathering information, editing & social media operation, as well as high degree of ownership and solution orientation
• Good team player with strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written skills
• Excellent working knowledge of communication related computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, creative tools like Adobe Cloud, Canva or similar)
