Manager, Global Product Development Management - Conventional Coolant (007116)
The Global Product Development Manager for Coolants is responsible for leading product innovation and development initiatives across global markets. This role ensures alignment with business strategy, manages cross-functional projects, and drives technical excellence to deliver high-performance coolant solutions for automotive and industrial applications.
=Main Tasks=
- Define and execute global product development strategies for coolants.
- Drive innovation projects in collaboration with R&D and Technical Service teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the technical voice in customer meetings and global initiatives.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting coolant technologies. Translate insights into actionable development plans.
=Main Requirements=
- Possesses at least a Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in product development within automotive fluids or chemical industries.
- Willingness to spend some time in Germany for training
- Proven track record in managing global projects and innovation initiatives.
- Knowledge of coolant chemistry, formulation, and performance testing is a plus.
- Capability to align technical development with business objectives.
- Fluent in English.
