EHS
- Support development and documentation of plant safety concepts, environmental concept and food contact conception. Setup and improve plant process safety.
- 支持装置安全概念，环境概念和食品接触概念的开发和记录。建立和完善车间的工艺安全。
- Process safety: Responsible for the implementation of process safety. Ensure the open items close on time and verify the action validation and availability of the action tracker and stature.
- 工艺安全：负责工艺安全的实施。确保未完成的项目按时完成，并验证行动的有效性和行动跟踪器的可用性和地位。
- Product safety stewardship: Ensure all materials safety and regulatory compliance (e.g. chemical registration, and other special requirements). 产品安全管理：确保所有材料的安全和法规的遵守（如化学品注册和其他特殊要求）
- Collaboration for EHS improvements with technical solution.
- 通过技术解决方案协作进行EHS改进。
Plant process management
- Support the build-up of plant long-term process management strategy and process standard
- 支持组建工厂长期的工艺管理策略及工艺标准化的相关工作
- Perform detailed process analysis, identify and generate optimization proposal, and define solution concepts
- 表现出详细分析工艺过程的专业能力，识别并提出优化方案，定义解决方案概念
- Support and drive the technical process optimization, skillfully make use of process optimization tools
- 支持和驱动技术流程优化，熟练使用工艺优化工具
- Support and responsible for maintaining MOC documentation and monitoring MOC compliance.
- 支持与负责MOC文件的维护性工作，监控MOC的合规性
- Responsible for drafting and maintaining documentation of plant projects and plant reports.
- 负责工厂项目、报告的起草与维护
- In case process-/asset-manager is absent in office, take over all daily process relevant topics in close cooperation and supervision by production manager.
- 如果工艺/资产管理人员不在办公室，在生产经理的密切合作和监督下接管所有日常流程相关话题
Internal Networking
- Technically support production team, e.g. implementation of new process standard, new technology, new workflow, MOC training, et al.
- 技术性支持生产团队，如落实新的工艺标准、新技术、新的工作流程、MOC培训等工作
- Cooperate with lab to fulfill daily demand of quality monitoring
- 与实验室合作，满足日常质量监控的需求
- Support supply chain team to fulfill daily production order
- 支持供应链团队满足日常的生产订单
External Networking
- Cooperate with site, regional and BU EHS team for achieving safety target
- 与现场、地区与事业部的EHS团队合作实现安全目标
- Cooperate with site QM team for achieving quality target
- 与现场质量管理团队合作实现质量目标
- Cooperate with site infra team for achieving energy target
- 与现场公用工程团队合作实现能源目标
- Cooperate with global technical team for achievement of new technology implementation, new product development and process optimization
- 与全球技术团队合作实现新科技的应用、新产品的开发与工艺优化
CapEx project
- Responsible for Recap pilot and commercial line design, construction, startup etc. relevant tasks,
- 负责Recap中试线和商业线的设计，施工以及开车等相关的工作。
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or above majoring in Chemical Engineering
教育程度：化学工程专业本科以上学历
- Working Experience: > 2 years operation management in chemical/petrochemical plant
工作经验：2年以上在化工/石化工厂的运营管理
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Process technology and process engineering with good EHS awareness
技术与专业知识：具有良好的EHS意识的工艺技术和工艺工程
- Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
熟练的微软Excel、Word、PowerPoint技能
